Tucked away, just off the A2, somewhere between Bridge and Adisham, you will find a first class coffee house, bar and kitchen.
The Independent Pedaler is a brand new cafe, built from the shell of the old cow milking shed at Highland Court Farm near Bridge.
The team at TIP have worked hard to develop a fantastic venue that serves the most exceptional coffee, tea and food in the area. They use the fantastic Rocket R9 espresso machine to squeeze every drop of coffee from their blend of Fairtrade, Organic beans.
There are long tables, round tables, lounge chairs and sofas, all carefully selected to create an artisan feel, and a welcoming atmosphere.
TIP have the same focus on the ingredients that go to form their menu as they do with their coffee. The menu will change with the seasons, and they are always looking to inject a little bit of ‘interesting’…especially if it challenges convention.
Suppliers are local where they can find the quality they demand, and they trawl the UK to identify ingredients that will complement their range.
All of their cakes are made in-house by a team who are passionate and experienced bakers. TIP produce their own in-house range of caffeine-infused chocolates under the ‘For the Love of Beans’ brand.
The cafe is open daily from 8 am until late, and there is ample parking for club members that decide to visit. Below you will find a map to help you to locate the cafe, enjoy.
